Okay, when someone says “America” I generally think of the united states. They are all the different states of America. So all the accents are American. Much like the counties of each of the individual countries of the British Isles
Scotland, England, Wales, Northern Ireland (if we’re gonna get picky) and Southern Ireland, these are different countries, However you can find them all on the British Isles. But you could then argue that they are the accents of Britain.
And for you’re final comment. The English accent isn’t the London one… We have many accents here as well..
Just saying for the fun of the argument.. That isn’t going to continue :)

i can actually tell the difference between someone from california and alabama, just sayin’. lol. i dont get why you’re so riled about the post before yours though. its just a statement, no need to get your knickers in a twist love.
